Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy: You have a generous window of 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is in pristine condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return: Contact us at main.brandverse@gmail.com to kickstart the return process. Ship the item to H-53, Sector-63, Noida, 201301, as instructed in the return shipping label we provide upon acceptance. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt; if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately for prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishables, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers shipping to the European Union can cancel or return orders within 14 days, no questions asked. The conditions mirror our general return policy.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you of the approval status. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
