1. How long do I have to request an exchange?

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.

2. What are the eligibility criteria for an exchange?

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

3. How do I initiate an exchange?

4. Can I exchange an item without contacting customer service first?

No, in order to ensure a smooth exchange process, it is important to contact our customer service team before sending the item back. Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Can I exchange a sale item or a gift card?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

7. Can I exchange perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods?

No, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be exchanged.

8. What if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.

9. How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the exchange.

10. Can I cancel or return my order within the European Union?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply for returns within the European Union.
